Supervision and The Dissertation

学院的博士级导师将个别监管及指导博士生的论文研究及写作。博士生须在学院导师指导下进行论文文献分析,讨论问题,概念,方法,理论和实证基础。论文格式须符合国际标准,并有助于开发新的学科知识或探讨该领域的问题.

Work on the doctoral dissertation must be carried out under individual supervision by qualified and experienced professional with DBA or PhD qualification. The doctoral student shall have regular contact with his/her supervisor(s) and shall be part of an active research environment.

The dissertation must be an independent, scientific piece of work with high academic standard with respect to the research questions, examination of concepts, methodological, theoretical and empirical basis, documentation and form of presentation. The dissertation must contribute to the development of new academic knowledge and be of an academic standard appropriate for publication as part of the scientific literature in the field in question.

入学资格
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

博士学位课程: 学员须符合以下入学规则 Admission to the Doctoral program requires:

❖	持有工商管理硕士学位或相等文凭 Master's Degree or equivalent (at least 42 graduate-level semester credits);
❖	具有5年以上的管理经验 Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience;
❖	拥有良好的英语水平(包括口头和书面英语水平) Satisfactory English proficiency level (both oral and written) to complete the program.
