The International Computer Driving Licence™ (ICDL) is an internationally recognised qualification that enables people to demonstrate their competence in computer skills. ICDL has become the standard qualification used for non-European countries. The Syllabus is identical to that of European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) and is designed by a panel of experts. The European Computer Driving Licence Foundation Limited manages the Syllabus and co-ordinates regular updates to ensure it continues to be relevant to both the working world and the advances in technologies and practices.
