In general, the courses will be conducted in English and Chinese. Most of our lecturers are bilingual and students may use either language in the discussion.

Supervision and The Dissertation

学院的博士级导师将个别监管及指导博士生的论文研究及写作。博士生须在学院导师指导下进行论文文献分析,讨论问题,概念,方法,理论和实证基础。论文格式须符合国际标准,并有助于开发新的学科知识或探讨该领域的问题.

Work on the doctoral dissertation must be carried out under individual supervision by qualified and experienced professional with DBA or PhD qualification. The doctoral student shall have regular contact with his/her supervisor(s) and shall be part of an active research environment. The dissertation must be an independent, scientific piece of work with high academic standard with respect to the research questions, examination of concepts, methodological, theoretical and empirical basis, documentation and form of presentation. The dissertation must contribute to the development of new academic knowledge and be of an academic standard appropriate for publication as part of the scientific literature in the field in question.

Remark:

Each module should have 16-20 lecture hours and activities of reading and reflection, self-study, group learning, research and project paper writing. Study materials such as textbook and notebook will be provided.

GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS

学员符合以下标准 Student should fulfill the following criteria:

❖	学员根据大学的制度完成规定学分和作业 Attend and participate in the lectures as per the course outlines (achieving academic credits required within the period given); and all the project papers must be completed according to the University’s requirements
❖	缴足课程学费 Financial obligation must be paid in full
❖	符合大学其他课程要求 Other curriculum requirements of the University
❖	课程学费不含毕业典礼的费用 Course fees excluded convocation fees and expenses
